This first video is to Cut Off Your Hands live, at the St. Jerome's Laneway Festival in Perth earlier this year, who were amazing, they had excellent stage presence and showed that some Kiwis are ok. They were energetic, powerful, funny and amazing. Probably one of the better hightlights from that festival.
This second entry is from Gyroscope from the 2008 Rollercoaster festival who did a live mash up of there song Fast Girl and Midnight Oil's Bed's Are Burning, which killed, the crowd went nuts for it. It was well done and showed that rock and roll isn't just about noise. I appologise for the bad footage and sound, it was taken using a camera phone.
The third and final video is not footage of a band per say but rather of just one man hopped up on something having the time of his life partying out to Van She. Unfortunately no one else seemed to like Van She nearly as much....at all. He was the only one dancing. He left at one stage, and asked us to hold his spot, we said yes on the condition that he brought back a drink for one of us. As he walked off people filled his spot. He actually found us again, drink in hand and ready to give one of us the drink. we were all too worried to take it, so Blandy a friend of ours, had the guts to drink it. To the victor go the spoils.
