Yes I realise this gig was a while ago, but it was still one of the highlights of my music watching, listening, monitoring etc etc etc. So I figured I would share some of it with you.
Have a look at some clips.
This first video is one of my favourites. It shows how the girls interacted with the entire audience. The Enmore Theatre, if you haven't already been, is a relatively small and intimate setting (In comparison to bigger concerts and festivals). And these girls worked it. They made the audience feel as if they were best friends and had known eachother for ages. They shared some funny and secret (well before they told us) stories, which really got the crowd going.
These next two clips are fantastic. My two favourite songs of theirs. I suggest listening to them. They had the entire crowd singing along and bouncing along to the beat.
I love their voices. Rustic yet tuned. Fun but serious. Loud but soft. Fast and slow. Really just a lot of juxtapositions that make them work and make then unique.
